Sharon Justo
Director
After 15 years managing and working for some of the largest agencies in Australia it was time to take that experience and create something memorable. From day one Sharon was always told she was different to other recruiters, more care, more attention to detail, more about the relationship and less about the bum on the seat. COVID provided the nudge and Recruitment 4 U was born.
Sharon wanted to create a business that offered flexibility and work life balance with greater flexibility to your traditional agency, R4U isn’t your typically 9-5.
Sharon has a young family and enjoys been able to pick the kids up from school and head to the park for some serious fun! Outside of work Sharon enjoys keeping fit both mentally and physically with Pilates and is on a mission to read one book a month this year.
What has been your career highlight so far?
During Sharon’s time at Drake International she saved her regional branch from closure after stepping up into the management position and took them from a 15-year loss into a profit in 11 months. Sharon also ran one of the largest branches for Manpower in Australia and was successful in winning a number of awards and accolades during her time there with her team.
When recruiting for a position, what quality do you value the most?
Honesty. Sharon wants to ‘really’ get to know someone warts and all. Its not only about the skill set, its about personality and cultural fit so an honest and upfront conversation is key.
If you could go on a trip anywhere in the world, where would it be?
As long as it involved food Sharon would be happy, maybe an eating world trip!

Aspa Kendall
Business Support Co-ordinator
Aspa is a highly skilled administrator with 17 years’ experience in roles ranging from Reception to Executive Assistant support.
Aspa manages our marketing along with our candidate care program, her high attention to detail and personable attributes ensures everyone is feeling loved and remembered.
Aspa is a mother to 2 boys, a crazy new puppy, and a wife to FIFO husband, whilst also running a successful online business. In her spare time, Aspa enjoys Camping, fishing, boating, shopping, crafting, and spending time with family and friends making memories!
